In collaboration with Imago Dei Community (IDC) in Portland, Oregon, this improvisation is a commemoration of Advent, a season recognized by the Christian faith in anticipation of Jesus Christ at Christmas. The piece’s theme focused on the in-between time after Jesus’s birth and before Christ’s return.
